Olivia H. Miller, MS, RYT, is the author of 8 wellness and spirituality card decks including The Yoga Deck, The Stretch Deck, The Healthy Back Deck, and others; she is also the author of Essential Yoga, a hatha yoga reference book. A registered yoga instructor and therapeutic laughter leader, she teaches energy balancing and wellness techniques designed to optimize physical, mental and emotional well being at corporations, small businesses, colleges, nonprofit organizations, retreats and conferences as well as for individuals and small groups. A freelance writer for many years, her articles have focused mostly on health and wellness. She received a BS in Education from Northeastern University and an MS in Communications Management from Simmons College.
Olivia is also the editor of Why Don’t Woodpeckers Get Headaches? and the sequel, Why Do Bluebirds Hate Me?
