Stretching is one of the most effective ways to enhance overall fitness. THE STRETCH DECK is an easy-to-use tool designed to stretch your entire body. The cards are organized by key regions of the body: neck, upper body, trunk and lower torso, and legs and placed into a handy portable box that can be used anywhere to promote flexibility, prevent injury, and release tension. The deck also includes an anatomy card so you can better identify the muscles being targeted.

Whatever age you are or shape you are in, stretching will improve your mobility, balance and flexibility. You’ll feel more relaxed, your muscles will be suppler, stiffness and pain will be reduced, and you’ll enjoy increased range of motion.
