Adult Tantrum

This is a quick (5 seconds) exercise that effectively releases stress and tension throughout your body. Go ahead…permission is granted for you to have an adult tantrum!

  • Squeeze every muscle in your body, from your toes up to your face.
  • Inhale and imagine that you are taking in all your stress with the breath.
  • Squeeze your muscles as hard as you can and…blow it out! With that exhalation allow absolutely everything to release.
  • Relax every muscle.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary until you feel all stress, tension and anxiety leave your body and mind.
